LONG TERM RESERVATION POLICY: A credit card number is required to
make a reservation. A 50% prepayment of the last month’s rent and the Resort
Fee must be made at the time of making a reservation. The 50% prepayment and
Resort Fee will be applied to the last month’s rent.

LONG TERM CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 60
days prior to the check-in date for a refund of 50% prepayment minus the Resort
Fee. Cancellations not received 60 days prior to the check-in date will result
in the loss of full prepayment.

LONG TERM RESERVATION CHANGES: Reservation changes must be made 60
days prior to the check-in date. If a change results in a shorter term stay, it
could result in the cancellation of the reservation. If the reservation is canceled,
the 50% prepayment of the last month’s rent will be returned if notification is
received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival minus the Resort Fee. If
changes are made during your stay it will result in the loss of the prepayment
and the monthly rates will be adjusted to the revised term of the stay.

Under no circumstances will monthly rates be prorated. Weekly
rates will prevail. Requested villas are not guaranteed.

1 Bedroom Resort Fee $85.00, 2 Bedroom Resort Fee $95.00, and 3
Bedroom Resort Fee $99.00 not included in rates. 7% Florida Sales Tax not
included in rates. 4% Amelia Island Lodging Tax not included in rates.
